Kimi Beulah is an incorporated company that operates https://kimibeulah.com (“Service”), providing a platform for customers to shop Kimi Beulah merchandise, book Kimi Beulah services and book services of independent vendors. 

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit, contact, book services or make a purchase from www.kimibeulah.com (the “Site”), because Users have the right to know what information we collect, how it is protected and used, and the circumstances under which it may be disclosed.

This Policy does not cover information collected other than on or through the Website, including without limitation offline and on sites linked to from the Website. This policy does not apply to your exchange of information with independent vendors, outside of the Kimi Beulah platform. Once your information is collected by your vendor, Kimi Beulah is not responsible for how the independent vendor uses, stores or shares your information( this should be clarified with the independent vendor). This Policy may be modified from time to time without advance notice, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. Continued use of our services by you will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions to the Policy.


PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, we may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We share your Personal Information with third parties which helps us provide a service to you. For example, our delivery partners to ship your order and wix.com e-commerce platform which automatically stores your information for our confidential use. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. Additionally,  note that Kimi Beulah processes your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Finally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Canada, including to the United States.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
