Kimi Beulah is an incorporated company that operates (“Service”), providing a platform for customers to shop Kimi Beulah merchandise, book Kimi Beulah services and book services of independent vendors.

This policy does not apply to your exchange of information with independent vendors, outside of the Kimi Beulah platform. Once your information is collected by your vendor, Kimi Beulah is not responsible for how the independent vendor uses, stores or shares your information( this should be clarified with the independent vendor). This Policy may be modified from time to time without advance notice, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. Continued use of our services by you will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions to the Policy.

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, we may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimise our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We share your Personal Information with third parties which helps us provide a service to you. For example, our delivery partners to ship your order and e-commerce platform which automatically stores your information for our confidential use. Additionally,  note that Kimi Beulah processes your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Finally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Canada, including to the United States.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
