We are looking for a creative Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our  team. As a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will also develope and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.  You will be working closely with the Director and other team members as needed.

Duties and responsibilities

Not limited to:

Developing, implementing and managing our social media strategy

Define most important social media KPIs

Ensure content is informative and appealing

Collaborate with team members

Manage and oversee social media content

Measure the success of every social media campaign

Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies

Use necessary social media marketing and scheduling tools

Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

Provide constructive feedback

 


Requirements and qualifications

*1 years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role

Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions

Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices

Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics

Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research

Good understanding of social media KPIs

Familiarity with web design and publishing

Excellent multitasking skills

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Team player

Good time-management skills

Great interpersonal and communication skills

BA in Marketing or similar relevant field



Administrative assistant 

Job profile

Administrative Assistant responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you also have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive administrative assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you. We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include but not limited to providing support to our director and employees, assisting in daily office company needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Organizing and scheduling appointments

Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes

Answer and direct phone calls

Organize and schedule appointments

Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Develop and maintain a filing system

Update and maintain company  policies and procedures

Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

Maintain contact lists

Book travel arrangements

Submit and reconcile expense reports

Provide general support to clients and customers

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients



Requirements and qualifications

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
